This Privacy Policy describes how Android box remote controller ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our mobile application.
1. Overview
Our application is designed to function primarily as a remote controller for Android TV and Chromecast devices. While the remote control features operate locally on your network, we utilize certain third-party services for advertising, analytics, notifications, and remote configuration to support app improvement and monetization.
2. Data Collection & Usage
Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or share any personal identity information (such as your name, phone number, address, or email address) unless you proactively contact us via support.
Technical Information & Analytics: Through our third-party SDKs, we may automatically receive certain device and usage parameters. This includes identifier tokens, device configuration, installation information, and anonymous session interactions. This information is used exclusively to fix bugs, measure performance, and deliver notifications.
3. Permissions Explained
To enable remote control connectivity, the app requests the following system permissions:
- Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_SCAN): Required to scan, connect, and pair with Bluetooth-enabled Android TV boxes and controllers.
- Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Required by the Android OS to discover nearby Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices. We do NOT track or store your location.
- Transmit IR (TRANSMIT_IR): Required to send infrared control signals for older Android/TV boxes with built-in infrared sensors.
- Internet & Network State (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to connect to Android TVs/Chromecasts over your local network, retrieve configuration, load ads, and receive notifications.
- Foreground Services (FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CONNECTED_DEVICE): Required to keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi remote sockets connected reliably in the background while you switch apps.
- Post Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Required to display push alerts and remote status updates.
- Vibrate (VIBRATE): Provides clean haptic feedback on button presses for an enhanced user experience.
4. Local Data Storage
The app stores configuration data locally on your device only. This includes paired device details (names, IP/MAC addresses), local preferences (vibration strength, mouse speed), and TLS certificates for secure network handshakes. This data is kept in private app storage, never leaves your device, and is completely removed upon uninstallation.
5. Third-Party Integrations
To provide analytics, ads, and updates, we integrate third-party services which may collect anonymous identifiers and data in accordance with their privacy policies:

Our app does not collect personal data from users of any age, including children under 13. All core features comply with Google Play's Families Policy and COPPA guidelines.
